USE OF THE MACHINE- EXPOSURE AND DRYER (open page 17)
First puch the plate to be processed.
Put the plate in drawer 15 with its back upward, close and press START 11
DISPLAY 12 will show the countdown of the set time until the word END will appear.
Put the plate in the vacuum drawer 15 (back downward), superpose the film, press
START 9 and unroll the vacuum sheet on the whole surface ensuring the perfect
vacuum manually and checking on DISPLAY 10
of -65 bar at least. Close the drawer and press START 13 . DISPLAY 14 will show
the countdown of the set time until the word END will appear.
Put the plate in the drawer 19, close and press START 15 . DISPLAY 16 will show
the countdown of the set post-exposure time until the word END will appear.
Press START 17 . DISPLAY 18 will show the countdown of the UVC set time until
the word END will appear.
It is advisable to press START 5 when switching on the machine so the dryer will
have the time to reach the set temperature (always shown by DISPLAY 6 ) Each of the
four drawers 20 has its own counter of the drying time.
Put the plate in the first available drawer and press the corresponding START 7 .
DISPLAY 8 will show the countdown of the time set. An audible warning will inform
that the drying time is over, press any numerical key 2 to restore.
Attention:
during the various
exposures always
check the light of
LED 14 17 18 .
A not lighted LED
means that the
correspondant
lamp is not in
function.
