INSTALLATION (see page 10)
Place the machine in compliance with the minimum and maximum distances showed
in the drawing. Adjust the feet to have the machine in a flat position.
Install the exhauster 3 to have the fumes discharged outside the working room.
Always comply with the rules of your Country regarding the environment
pollution.
Connect air pipes 6 7 8 tightening the hose clamps. Connect the feeding cable
9 to its tap.
The main supply cable 10 has to be connected to a circuit breaker of suitable
power. The three cables marked with "F" are the phases, the cable marked with "N"
is the neutral and the yellow-green cable is the "ground": it is absolutely necessary
that all these cables are correctly connected.
Be careful to the phases connection explained at page 11.
Insert probe 18 in the new solvent drum 5 and screw. Connect cable 11 .
Insert probe 16 in the recovery drum 4 and screw. Connect cable 12 .
Screw the discharging hose 17 to drum 4 and connect it to the machine using
pipe 13 .
Screw the charging hose 19 to drum 5 and connect it to the machine using
pipe 14 .
Carefully assemble the plate support 2 to the machine.
Place the solvent recovery tray under the machine, at the right.
Attention: electric cable 9 and 10 must be installed with an adequate
protection as they are electrically charged.
Electric cables 11 and 12 have only a low tension signal.
An audible and visual signal 24 may be installed externally to the machine. Use
socket 20. Attention: the electricity supplied can bear a max. charge of 300W - 220V.
