- The rollers E prevent side mouvements of the plate.
- The rinse starts when the plate-holding bar passes the cylinder CY: the brushes F
and G (motor M4) start rotating and oscillating and the by-pass solenoid valve EL3
and pump P2 start working. At a set interval of plate run the solenoid valve EL5 opens
for some tenths of secs. spraying new solvent on the plate. Time and pause can be
set separately.
Energy saving
When the plate enters, the sensor S3 controlling the length of the plate is activated:
- all its functions are stopped at the end of the washout;
- all its functions are stopped at the end of the rinse;
- an acoustic alarm informs when the process is over and the machine is stopped.
- 13 PHILIPS TL 40W/10R tubes are assembled in a drawer that can be completely
pulled out for an easy replacement.
- A set of LEDs (one/each tube) informs in case of misfunctioning during the lighting.
- Forced air circulation to prevent the plate from overheating during the exposure.
- Plate: max. size 460x620 mm.
- Vacuum: max. size 500x660 mm.
- Drawer with anodized aluminium surface with vacuum grooves.
- Dry centrifugal pump: rate 2 m3/hour.
- Unrolling vacuum sheet with for 4 spare lengths.
- Pre-exposure time from 1 to 999 secs.
- Exposure time from 1 to 999 min.
- Countdown on DISPLAY. The word END appears at the end of the time set.
- Interruption of the countdown and of the lamp's function when opening the drawer.
Closing it, everything starts again.
- Vacuum showed in bar on DISPLAY.
- A numerical key allows to read the working hours of the lamps on the display and to
reset after the lamps replacement.
