USE OF THE MACHINE - WASHOUT (open page15)
-Recall the suitable washout program and press START .
-Fix the punched and exposed plate
-Check that the safety LEDS
light is red wait until it turns to green.
-Insert the bar on the holder
-The bar will be automatic hooked and the washout procedure will start.
-An acoustic alarm will inform that the washout is over. To stop the acoustic alarm press
any numerical key 2 on key board.
-When the plate has fully entered, the LEDS
inserted.
Attention: do not lean on the plate holder, a strong pressure will activate a safety
sensor to block the machine and an audible warning. To restore the machine press
START .
If the bar is not correctly located, a safety sensor will block the machine and an acoustic
signal will start.
To restore the machine:
-press RESET P 981944, press and release the key
been unlocked. Take out the bar. Check there are no damages. Press P and the
working key. Press START and reposition the bar.
