MACHINE MAINTENANCE
Greasing is used for:
•
angular joints of tie rod of travel - dismantling, greasing
•
screw of pull rod of brake - apply grease close to the hole for screw
•
screw of pull rod of mowing mechanism lifting - apply grease close to the hole for screw
•
angular joints of steering connecting rod - dismantling, greasing
•
angular joints of pins of wheels - dismantling, greasing
•
bearings of front wheels
•
pins of wheels passing through the axle
•
centric pivot of front axle - through the grease cup
•
bearings of steering wheel shaft - greasing
•
gear segment of steering and eccentric - greasing
Oil is used for lubrication of fulcrums of:
•
differential lock pedal
•
brake pedal

BULB REPLACEMENT
Lift off the bonnet.
The bulbs of K20, 12V / 10W type are inserted in a bayonet socket.

FUSE REPLACEMENT
Lift the front bonnet and take down the protective cover.
Take out the fuse and insert the new one having the
same value as the original fuse had, i.e. 15A or 20 A.
If it is not possible to start the engine or put the mowing
mechanism into operation even after the fuse replacement,
contact the authorized service.

MACHINE JACKING UP
If You want to jack up the mowing machine, use a jack and supports.
At the jacking up proceed as follows:
•
Place the jack under the gearbox on the rear axle and jack up the machine rear part.
•
Put two supports under both ends of axle inside the rear wheels side.
•
Jack up the machine front part and put two supports under ends of both journals of front wheels.
7.10 REPLACEMENT OF MOWING MECHANISM KNIVES
The mowing knives must be sharp, statically balanced and straight. These conditions are important for the evenness of height of mowing and quality
of cut. The blunt cutting edge worsens both the quality of mowing and result of mowed grass collecting.
At the moment the knives hit a solid obstacle, stop the engine immediately and check the knives! The shear pins may be damaged or cut.
Also check if the fixing screws of knives are tightened with the tightening torque specified.
Replace the knives in the following way:
•
Tilt the machine toward the right side and support it. If necessary, dismantle the mowing mechanism.
•
Unscrew both knives, clean them and carry out their sharpening. Check the static balance of knives (see the figure above).
•
At reassembly see to it that the bendings of the blades are pointing upwards into the housing of the mowing mechanism.
Do not confuse the left knife with the right one. The right knife is provided with the screw having left-hand thread.
•
Check the condition of the shear pins which serve as the protection of mowing mechanism against a damage.
If the shear pins are damaged replace them immediately.
•
Tighten the fixing screws of knives thoroughly with the specified tightening torque of 30 3 Nm. This tightening torque is attained in the moment
when the spring washer under the knife fixing screw is fully squeezed and the screw is not furthermore tightened since this moment.

CAUTION !!
Replace the cut pins with new ones provided in the machine equipment.
