AReplacement Hose
Assembly Instructions for 3M™ Bair Hugger™ Model 700 series warming unit

• Replacement Hose, Model 700 Series
• Needle-nose pliers
TOOLS/EQUIPMENT FOR GROMMET REPLACEMENT OPTION
• Screw grommets (included in replacement hose kit)
• Slotted screwdriver
METHOD
Detaching the Hose
1. Disconnect the Model 700 series warming unit from the power source.
2. Unscrew the hose collar.
3. Slide the hose out of the warming unit. The hose will still be attached to the unit by a cable.
4. Using the needle-nose pliers, carefully detach the cable connector from the header plug located inside the
hose connector. See illustration below.
