Cleaning and maintenance by qualified persons

Maintenance work that is not listed in Chapters 4.2 - 4.3 may only be carried out by the
ROWI Service Center (see Chapter 5). In the case of maintenance work within the first 24
months that has not been carried out by persons or companies authorized by ROWI, all
warranty claims shall become null and void.

Warranty

5.1

Scope

ROWI grants the owner of this product a warranty of 24 months from the
date of purchase. Material or production defects shall be rectified free of charge by the
ROWI Service Center within this period.
Defects that are not due to material or production faults are excluded from the warranty,
e. g.
P Transport damage of any kind
P Faults due to incorrect installation
P Faults due to improper use
The tip prevention has
triggered.
One or both heating tubes
are defective.
Possible cause(s)

Check how the device is
standing. The anti-tipping pro-
tection triggers from a 45° tilt
angle and switches the heating
arcs off. Return the device
to a vertical position.
Have an electrician replace
the defective heating tubes
or contact the ROWI Service
Remedy
Center.
