General

The beautifully shaped infrared patio heater is a universal appliance for use outdoors. The
two, separately selectable infrared heating arcs allow a pleasant heat to build up and be
given off to persons or objects in the vicinity at the press of a button and without prehea-
ting. This prevents the heat from being lost either due to draughts or rising heat. No matter
whether in private use such as gardens, patios, camp sites or in commercial enterprises, for
example street cafés and beer gardens - this radiant heater always allows you to provide
pleasant heat for you and your guests without spoiling a cosy atmosphere.

Type plate

The type plate of the infrared patio heater with all relevant technical data and warning
notes is attached to the base of the device.

Area of application and intended use

The infrared patio heater is constructed according to the state of the art and the recognized
rules of technology. Nevertheless, improper use or use other than that intended can result
in hazards to the life and limb of the user or third parties or damage to the appliance itself
and/or other tangible assets.
This electrical radiant heater is suitable for heating the ambient air and is designed for both
indoor and outdoor use. The heat is generated by two separately selectable heating arcs
and given out to the immediate surroundings via the aluminium reflector.
A different use or a use extending beyond this is deemed to be improper. The user shall
bear the risk. Proper and correct use also includes observance of the operating and instal-
lation notes as well as compliance with the maintenance terms.

Product safety

A weighted base for stable positioning, a fire protection grille preventing direct contact with
the heating arcs as well as an integrated anti-tip mechanism that automatically interrupts the
power supply from a tilt angle of 45°, thereby stopping heat formation, prevent potential
fire hazards in a critical situation.
