6.3. Reparaturen an Pleuel, Zylinder und Motor

Demontage/ Montage
Die Zerlegung der Kompressorbaugruppe ist in obiger
Zeichnung dargestellt. Motorbaugruppe (1), Pleuel (2)
und Zyl.-Baugruppe (3) sind als Montagebaugruppen
austauschbar.
Topfmanschette (4) ist auch einzeln austauschbar.
Bei Schäden am Lüfterflügel (5), der Lagerbrücke (9)
und der Halterung des Gerätesteckers (8) ist die
gesamte Motorbaugruppe (1) auszuwechseln.
Beim Zusammenbau der Kompressorbaugruppe wird
der Pleuel-Exzenter (7) auf die Motorwelle bis auf
Ständerlager-Anschlag geschoben. Die Zyl.-Baugruppe
wird dann vorsichtig über die Manschette (4) des
Pleuels (2) geschoben und mit der Motorbaugruppe
verschraubt.
Das Pleuel muss sich ohne zu klemmen bewegen
können (durch Drehen am Lüfterrad überprüfen).

Disassembly/ assembly
Disassembly or assembly of the compressor is shown
in the drawing above. Compressor group (1), piston (2)
and cylinder group (3) are changeable as assembling
group.
Piston seal (4) is changeable separately
With damages on the fan wheel (5), bearing bridge (9)
and the fixture of the plug (8) the whole motor (1) has
to be replaced.
By assembling the compressor group the piston assay
(7) will be moved to the motor shaft and is pushed
against the bearing. The cylinder group has to be
moved carefully over the seal of the piston (2) and
screwed with the motor.
The piston has to move without binding (check by
turning the fan)
