4. Pleuel, Zylinder und Motor
4.1. Demontage/Montage
Die Zerlegung der Kompressorbaugruppe ist in obiger
Zeichnung dargestellt. Motorbaugruppe (1), Pleuel (2) und
Zyl.-Baugruppe (3) sind als Montagebaugruppen
austauschbar.
Topfmanschette (4) ist auch einzeln austauschbar.
Bei Schäden am Lüfterflügel (5), der Lagerbrücke (9) und der
Halterung des Gerätesteckers (8) ist die gesamte
Motorbaugruppe (1) auszuwechseln.
Beim Zusammenbau der Kompressorbaugruppe wird der
Pleuel-Exzenter (7) auf die Motorwelle bis auf Ständerlager-
Anschlag geschoben. Die Zyl.-Baugruppe wird dann
vorsichtig über die Manschette (4) des Pleuels (2) geschoben
und mit der Motorbaugruppe verschraubt.
Das Pleuel muss sich ohne zu klemmen bewegen können
(durch Drehen am Lüfterrad überprüfen).

4. Piston, cylinder and motor
4.1. Disassembly/Assembly
Disassembly of the compressor unit is illustrated in the
diagram above. The motor subassembly (1), piston (2) and
cylinder unit (3) can be replaced as entire units.
The piston seal (4) can also be replaced separately.
In the event of damage to the fan wheel (5), flange bearing (9)
or the device plug holder (8), the entire motor subassembly
(1) has to be replaced.
When the compressor unit is assembled, the piston cam (7) is
moved towards the motor shaft as far as the stator bearing
stop. The cylinder unit is then moved carefully over the seal
(4) of the piston (2) and screwed to the motor assembly.
The piston must be able to move without binding (check by
turning the fan wheel).
