A new transaction is normally initiated by the first telegram (portrait). The sequence
number in this telegram should be incremented by one compared to the previous
transaction. Some cash dispensers are configured such that the sequence number
is incremented with the second telegram of a transaction (error).
This can however be overridden by specifying the STEP in which the sequence
number is to be incremented; the picture taken by the portrait camera will then be
allocated to the new transaction.

Some cash dispensers are configured such that the sequence number is not
incremented when an account balance query is made. This means that several
account balance queries made successively using different debit cards but without
cash withdrawal will be registered with the same sequence number. To ensure that
a picture is taken whenever an account balance query is made the step in which
the sequence number is to be checked must be configured.
