Aufgeführt sind die verschiedenen Eingangszu-
stände mit den entsprechenden Ausgangszu-
ständen. Zu beachten ist, dass in der Regel das
Schaltverhalten von induktiven Sensoren nach
EN 60947-5-6 (NAMUR) dem von mechanischen
Öffner-Kontakten entspricht. Das Schaltverhalten
von kapazitiven und magnet-induktiven Senso-
ren entspricht dem von Schließer-Kontakten.

Montage und Installation (Fig. 3)
Führen Sie die Montage und Installation den
gültigen Vorschriften entsprechend durch.
Dafür sind Sie als Betreiber verantwortlich.
Führen Sie sämtliche Installationen EMV-gerecht
durch. Die Geräte müssen vor Wärmestrahlung,
schnellen Temperaturschwankungen, starker
Verschmutzung, elektrostatischer Aufladung und
mechanischer Beschädigung sowie UV-Strahlung
geschützt sein. Bei der Montage ist darauf zu ach-
ten, dass das Gerät mit zwei Schrauben flächig
auf einer stabilen Fläche montiert wird.
Das Gerät kann direkt auf eine Montageplatte
montiert werden.
Bei mechanisch ungeschützter Montage in Zone
2 bzw. Zone 22 müssen die Geräte zusätzlich mit
der TURCK-Metallabdeckplatte IMC-SG (Ident-Nr.:
7560016) gegen mechanische Beschädigung der
Steckverbinder und des Gehäuses geschützt
werden.
Die Abdeckplatte IMC-SG muss mit den mitgelie-
ferten M4-Schrauben zusammen mit dem
Gerät auf einer stabilen Fläche montiert werden.
Eine Befestigung mit Blech- oder Holzschrauben
ist nicht zulässig.
Steckverbinder für Zone-22-Anwendungen müs-
sen mit O-Ringdichtungen aus NBR80, FPM80
oder NBR70 versehen sein. Das Trennen und
Verbinden von nicht energiebegrenzten Strom-
kreisen unter Spannung ist nicht zulässig.
Die Oberflächentemperatur wurde ohne eine
Staubauflage ermittelt, jedoch ist auch ein Be-
trieb mit Staubauflage möglich – diese darf nur
nicht leitfähig sein.
Geräte mit eigensicheren Stromkreisen dürfen
unmittelbar nebeneinander montiert werden.
Dabei ist für ausreichende Lüftung zu sorgen.
Es dürfen keine Änderungen oder Erweiterungen
an den Geräten vorgenommen werden, wenn
diese nicht explizit durch den Hersteller erlaubt
sind. Beachten Sie die einschlägigen nationalen
Bestimmungen (Elex V).

Function table
The various input states are listed together with
the according output states. Please note that the
switching performance of inductive sensors per
EN 60947-5-6 (NAMUR) usually accords to that
of normally closed mechanical contacts, while
the switching performance of capacitive and
magnet-inductive sensors is identical to that of
normally open contacts.

Mounting and installation (Fig. 3)
Mounting and installation must be carried out in
accordance with the applicable regulations.
The operator is responsible for compliance with
the regulations.
All installations must be carried out observing
the regulations of EMC protection.
The devices have to be protected against rapid
temperature fluctuation, heavy contamination,
electrostatic charge and mechanical damage as
well as ultraviolet radiation.
It has to be ensured that the device is mounted
with two screws on a flat and stable face.
The device can be mounted directly on a moun-
ting plate.
Mechanically supported mounting in zone 2 or
22 requires additional protection against mecha-
nical damages of the connectors and of
the housing with the TURCK metal cover plate
IMC-SG (Ident no.: 7560016). The cover plate
IMC-SG has to be mounted together with the
device on a stable face by using the M4 screws
which are part of the delivery. Mounting with
tapping or wood screws is not allowed.
Connectors for zone 22 applications have to have
an O-ring of the quality NBR80, FPM80 or NBR70.
The separation or connection of energized non-
power limited circuits is not allowed.
The surface temperature was determined under
dust-free conditions. Anyhow the device can be
operated under dust contaminated conditions,
only restriction – the dust has to be non-conduc-
ting.
Devices with intrinsically safe circuits can be
mounted next to each other. Thereby sufficient
ventilation has to be ensured.
No modifications or expansions can be made
to the devices unless explicitely allowed by the
manufacturer.
The relevant national regulations must be
observed.

respecter que le comportement de commuta-
tion des détecteurs inductifs suivant
EN 60947-5-6 (NAMUR) correspond à celui
des contacts N.C. et que le comportement des
détecteurs capacitifs et magnéto-inductifs à celui
des contacts N.O.

Montage et installation (Fig. 3)
Le montage et l'installation doivent être effectués
conformément aux prescriptions locales valables,
dont le respect est la responsabilité de
l'exploitant.
Toutes les installations doivent être effectuées
conformément à la CEM. Les appareils doivent
être protégés contre le rayonnement thermique,
les variations de température brusques,
la pollution forte, la charge électrostatique et
l'endommagement mécanique ainsi que le
rayonnement UV. Lors du montage il doit veiller à
ce que l'appareil soit monté correctement à l'aide
de deux vis sur une surface stable. L'appareil
peut être monté directement sur une plaque de
montage.
En cas de montage sans protection mécanique
en zone 2 ou zone 22, les appareils sont à
protéger supplémentairement par la plaque de
recouvrement métallique de TURCK, type IMC-SG
(n° d'identité: 7560016) contre l'endom-mage-
ment
mécanique des connecteurs et du boîtier.
La plaque de recouvrement IMC-SG doit être
monté avec les vis M4 incluses et l'appareil sur
une surface stable. Une fixation par des vis à
tôle ou à bois n'est pas admissible. Les con-
necteurs
utilisés en zone 22 doivent être pourvus
de joints toriques en NBR80, FPM80 ou NBR70.
La déconnexion et la connexion de circuits de
courant non limités en énergie sous tension
n'est pas admissible. La température de surface
a été déterminée sans une couche de poussière,
néanmoins un fonctionnement avec une couche
de poussière est également possible – celle-ci
ne peut pas être conductrice. Les appareils avec
des circuits à sécurité intrin-sèque peuvent être
montés directement l'un après l'autre. Une
aération
suffisante est à prévoir. Des modifications ou
extensions ne peuvent pas être apportées aux
appareils, lorsque celles-ci ne sont pas autorisées
explicitement par le fabricant. Veuillez respecter
les prescriptions nationales applicables.
