Handling and Size Adjustment BRV500/BRV501

CAUTION – Check the rotation mechanism
The individually required size can be adjusted by pressing and turning the rotating
mechanism on the headgear. Please check the screw connection regularly to ensure
that it has not become loose.
CAUTION – Slipping
The visor should always sit firmly on the head, so that the risk of it slipping is minimized.
To ensure an optimal fit, which is as comfortable as possible, as well as to prevent
accidental slipping, the visors offer 3 separate adjustment options.
I. Size Adjustment (Head Circumference)
The individually required size of the visors can be
adjusted by simultaneously pressing and turning
the pivot mechanism (Fig. 3).
• Smallest head circumference from approx.
49 cm/hat size XXS (measured incl. all pads)
• Maximum head circumference up to approx.
61 cm/hat size XL (measured incl. all pads)
Further size adjustments possible by

removing the rear or the two side pads.
II. Size adjustment (Visor Height)
For size adjustment of the headband (Fig. 4), the protective
top pad must be briefly removed.
The headband is variable in length and can be adjusted to
the head width/height and the glasses by simple repositioning.
After adjusting the headband to the required length, reattach
the protective top pad on the headband.
III. 3. Visor Distance
The distance between the face and the lead acrylic can
be changed by turning the knobs on both sides of the
visor (Fig. 5) (e.g. people who wear glasses).
To do this, loosen the lock by turning the knobs and change
the position of the acrylic visor. If desired, remove the face-lead
acrylic then fix the visor again with the knobs.
