Problem

mist.
The paint's surface is

ENGLISH
TROUBLESHOOTING
Cause
Incorrect adjustment of paint
volume (the paint is too thick).
The paint sprayer has not been
cleaned and as a result the
needle valve is sticking.
Too much paint.
Too low viscosity.
Use of incorrect thinner.
The paint sprayer is being held at
the wrong distance from the
surface to be painted.
The paint is too thick.
The air pressure is too high.
The paint is too thin.
The air pressure might be too
high.
Remedy
Dilute the paint and refill again.
Adjust the air regulator to increase the
pressure.
Take the paint sprayer apart and clean it.
Adjust the volume control to reduce the
amount of paint. Try spraying two thin
layers of paint instead.
Add undiluted paint too increase the
viscosity.
Use a different thinner.
Hold the paint sprayer at a different
distance from the surface.
Dilute the paint and/or test the paint's
viscosity with a viscosity cup.
Reduce the air pressure.
Add more paint to the paint container.
Reduce the air pressure.
