Possible cause and solution
Check whether the plug is plugged into the socket.
Check if the mains cable is damaged.
Check that the unit has been switched on and that the
display is on.
The digital thermostat is defective. Please contact
customer service.
Make sure that the water level is between the specified
MIN and MAX values. The unit sounds an alarm and
switches off when the water level falls below the MIN
water level required for operation. Switch off the
appliance, make sure the water level is correct and
restart the appliance.
