MODE – Confirm input or selection,
choose program
POWER ON
Plug in power supply. Computer will power on and full dis-
play will be shown for approx. 2 seconds (figure 1).
In the next step you
can enter user data
by selecting a user
from U1 to U4 with UP/
DOWN
with MODE. Set sex,
age, height and weight
(figure 2). After setting
all user data, compu-
ter will switch to main
menu (figure 3).
