b) Performing measurement via the penetration
sensor
Fold out the penetration sensor (figure 1, item 4) by 180°. The
mechanics of the penetration sensor are deliberately a little stiff-
moving so that you can insert the metal tip of the penetration sen-
sor optimally into firmer material to be measured as well. However,
do not apply any force for insertion since this may damage the
sensor. Push the tip of the penetration sensor into the material to
be measured. Wait until the temperature display has stabilised and
stops changing (or only changes a little anymore).
10. Measurement by App and Mobile
End Device
The following illustrations for the individual functions of
the app are shown in English. Depending on the chosen
language of the app (e.g. German), these notes are also
displayed in the chosen language (i.e. also in German).
The respective meaning of the notes/texts may, howev-
er, deviate slightly in use of language due to the transla-
tion. The respective handling is, however, described in
detail in the individual chapters.
The app can display the display content in several lan-
guages. In exceptions, it is possible that the display
can not or not fully display some words due to limited
numbers of characters in some locations. Sometimes,
the words are also displayed limited or completed only
due to the display type of the mobile end device (display
in portrait or landscape format).
