8.3 Removal of holding ring
The battery crimping tool is equipped as
standard with a retaining ring for a conveni-
ent positioning in the working area.

This accessory can also be uninstalled as
described below.

1. Loosen the screw below the retaining ring
with a screwdriver Torx bit T10 x 80, refer
to illustration.

2. Remove the ring together with the holder.
③
3. Reinsert the screw in this place. Apply a
torque of 0.65 N m.
