Attaching diffuser covers

For easy changing of the beam angle, diffuser discs with 40° or elliptical 15 x 60° beam angle are available
as special accessories. Without diffuser, the beam angle of the lenses is 14°. The diffuser discs are magnetic
and can be securely attached to the unit without tools. They can also be used together with the 4-way barn
doors, which are also available as accessories.

DMX CONNECTION

DMX Controller
A DMX512 data link is required in order to control the device via DMX. The device provides special DMX
connectors, which are designed according to protection class IP65. Matching DMX connection cables with
special plugs are optionally available. When not in use, make absolutely sure to close the connections with
the rubber sealing caps to prevent moisture and dirt from penetrating.
1 Connect the output of your DMX controller to the DMX input DMX IN of the light set with a DMX cable.
2 Connect the DMX output DMX OUT of the light set to the DMX input of the next unit in the chain. Always
connect one output to the input of the next unit until all units are connected.
3 At the last unit, the DMX cable has to be terminated. Plug the terminator with a 120 Ω resistor between
Signal (–) and Signal (+) in the DMX output of the last unit.
4 If the cable length exceeds 300 m or the number of DMX devices is greater than 32, it is recommended
to insert a DMX level amplifier to ensure proper data transmission.
