GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
•
When you purchase your electric bike, you have
a 2-year manufacturer's guarantee on manufacturing
and/or material defects for the bike and the parts of
the Powerfl ex system.
•
You can only claim the guarantee if you can submit
your original proof of purchase and/or proof of
guarantee. The guarantee period commences on the
date of purchase.
•
The guarantee also applies to the function of the
battery, but not to the range. A battery is subject to
wear and tear, which means the capacity reduces
after a period of time. After 500 charging cycles, or
5 years (depending on whichever occurs fi rst), the
battery module will keep about 80 % of its original
capacity. This means that during normal average use,
you can cycle approximately 20,000 km during the
guarantee period.
•
The guarantee becomes void if the Powerfl ex
battery or charger are used incorrectly or other
non-Powerfl ex batteries or chargers are used.
•
After a deep discharge of the battery, the guarantee
of the battery is void.
