FIRST USE AND DAILY OPERATION

FIRST USE

Place the appliance on a hard, flat and heat-resistant surface.

We recommend cleaning the cooking plates before using them for

the first time with a little hot water and a sponge. Dry thoroughly.
A new appliance may smoke slightly when used for the first time.
*
To reduce the chance of smoking, heat the appliance for
and then let cool for approximately half an hour.
SWITCHING ON
Unroll the cord completely.
*
Plug in your appliance.
*
Press the "I" button on the appliance.
*
Once the ideal cooking temperature is reached, the red light
*
switches off. You may then grease the plates and begin cooking
(see Cooking Tips).

SWITCHING OFF THE APPLIANCE

To switch off, press the " 0 " button on the appliance.
*
CAUTION: when switching off the appliance, be careful to not
burn yourself on the hot cooking plates.
Unplug the cord.

CHANGING THE COOKING PLATES
Switch the appliance off.
*
Let it cool down completely.
*
Press the plate ejection buttons, located just above the former.
*
Take your plates off and replace them with new ones.
