5. Install the computer
Connect the heart rate measurement cable (50)
and the connecting cable from the top of the
handlebar column (18) to computer cables (9).
Fix the computer (9) to the handlebar column (2)
using the bolts (55).
7. Install the water bottle holder
Install the water bottle holder (66) on the
handlebar column (25) using the bolt (67) and
the flat washer (68). Make sure the holder is
secure and insert the bottle.
Congratulations! You have assembled elliptical trainer!
Read the manual carefully before using the elliptical trainer.
ADJUSTMENTS
Resistance adjustment
In order to increase the resistance, turn the resistance knob clockwise. In order to decrease the
resistance, turn the resistance knob counterclockwise.
MAINTENANCE
Carry out maintenance activities at regular intervals. The tasks listed below should be carried
out at least every 20 hours of operation.

Check moving parts of the device. If they need lubrication, use a bicycle bearing grease.
 Check the conditions of such parts as bolts and nuts. Make sure they are tight.

Wipe the sweat off the device after each training. Make sure the display does not come in
contact with water or moisture.
 Clean the product with soapy water only. Do not use cleaning agents.
 Store the device in a dry and warm place.

Do not expose the device to direct sunlight.
