PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
INSTALLATION OF WORK TOOLS
• Hold the fixing sleeve (6) of the holder (7) and overcome the spring
resistance to pull it to the back.
• Insert paddle shaft (9) into holder hole (7), slide it in to the stop (it
may be necessary to rotate the paddle so the protrusion in the paddle
shaft can be located in the holder groove) (fig. A).
• Release the fixing sleeve (6), it will finally fix the paddle.
• Mixing paddle is properly seated if it cannot be removed without
pulling off the fixing sleeve (6).
• Repeat above procedure to install the second mixing paddle.
The mixing paddles rotate in opposite directions. Upper R
rotates clockwise, bottom L rotates counter-clockwise.
Ensure correct operation by installing the mixing paddles correctly
in accordance with the performed operation.
When the mixers are installed in holders in accordance with the
markings R and L on the paddles with the markings on the spindle
casing are used for mixing thick solutions, such as: mortars,
concretes, glues with the filling of sand filling, gravel, expanded
clay (paddle blades in pulling configuration) (fig. B).
You can swap the paddles by sides, where R and L markings are
opposite to the markings on the spindle casing, then the tool can
be used to mix thin solutions such as: paints, gypsum plasters,
structural paints (paddle blades in pushing configuration). Use of
different paddle configuration may splash the thin solution around
and at the operator.
It is possible to use only single mixing paddle in either case.
DEINSTALLATION OF WORKING TOOLS
• Pull the fixing sleeve (6) to the back and hold.
• Remove the mixing paddle with your second hand by pulling it
forward.
Remove mixing paddles from the mixer and clean at once when the
work is finished.
