OPERATION
Unpacking and cleaning
Your hot air fryer is delivered with the frying basket in the deep-frying drawer. To
open the deep-frying drawer, grasp the basket by the handle and pull the drawer
out of the deep-frying compartment and place on a flat, clean surface.
To remove the basket from the drawer, slide the clear basket lock forward to
expose the basket release button. Press the button with your thumb while lifting
the basket straight up and out of the fryer drawer.
Remove all packaging materials and labels from the inside and outside of the air
fryer, basket, and drawer. Make sure there aren't any
packaging materials under or around the frying basket and the drawer.
Wash the frying basket and deep-frying drawer with hot water, a detergent and a
non-abrasive sponge.
Note: Do not immerse the hot air fryer in water. The device is operated
electrically and can be damaged.
Wipe the housing of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Thoroughly dry all parts.
Put the frying basket back into the drawer. There are 2 tabs on each side of the
handle. Slide the 2 tabs into the recesses on the top of the basket drawer. A clear
click can be heard when the basket locks securely into place.

Important instructions

• Slide the transparent basket lock back over the basket release button to
prevent accidental loosening of the frying basket.
• This device should not be used to boil water.
• When used for the first time, the air fryer may give off a slight odour. This is
normal.
