Important instructions
Extreme caution is required when handling the hot frying basket and the
drawer. Avoid coming into contact with the steam escaping from the frying
basket and the food.
Always use oven gloves when handling the frying basket.
Hot oil can collect at the bottom of the drawer. To avoid the risk of burns
or injuries and to prevent oil from spilling onto food that has already been
cooked, you should always unlock the frying basket and remove it from the
drawer before emptying it. For this reason, never turn the drawer with the
opening facing downwards while the frying basket is attached.
The air fryer can be switched off at any time by setting the timer to 0.

TIPS AND TRICKS

Use your air fryer to cook food with a fraction of the oil in a fraction of the
time! As a rule, lower the baking temperature by 10 ° C and reduce the
cooking time by 30% - 50%, depending on the food and quantity.
Olive oil spray and vegetable oil are great for air cooking.
In order to achieve the best results, some dishes must be shaken vigorously
or turned around halfway through the cooking time. Read the AIR COOKING

Empty excess fat from the deep-fryer drawer between cooking processes
to avoid the development of white smoke. White smoke is produced when
cooking high-fat foods such as bacon or sausages.
Pat the food dry before air cooking to promote browning and to avoid
unnecessary smoke.
Fry small amounts of freshly breaded food. The breading should stick firmly to
the food.
Arrange pieces of breaded food in the frying basket so that they are not
touching. This way, the air can circulate everywhere.
You can use the air fryer to reheat food. To do this, set the temperature to 80 °
C and let the food warm up for up to 10 minutes.
