Familiarize yourself with the safety devices, in order
to be able to prevent or minimise personal injury
and/or damage to property.
The figure below shows the safety devices on the
dehumidifier.

1 Housing
The dehumidifier is equipped with the following safe-
ty devices.
Signalling devices
The control panel features indicator that signal the
operating state of the device (for details, see Control
and display elements [ 29]).
Guards
Guards protect hazardous sections of the device.
They do not affect its operation.
Guards prevent direct access to the rotating or mov-
ing parts of the device. They must only be removed
for setup, maintenance or repair work and must be
mounted again before restarting the device.
The dehumidifier is equipped with the following
guards:
– Housing
– Protective grille, installed in front of the air inlet
opening
Other safety devices
– The power supply unit for the device is fitted with
an earthed plug.

The dehumidifier is operated through the control
panel installed at the top of the device.

3 Status indicators
Main controls/indicators:
– Function buttons Indication of temperature, rela-
tive air humidity, operating hours and energy
consumption in kWh
– Status indicators: Indication of dehumidification
operation, water tank level and errors
– ON/OFF button: Button switch device on/off.
Button Description
Press this button to switch the device on
and off. After the device has been switched
on, the fan and the compressor start, the
operating status is shown on the display
and the device runs in continuous mode.
Indication of operating status:
– ON – continuous mode operation.
– INT HYG ON – operation controlled by
integrated hygrostat.
– INT HYG STOP – integrated hygrostat
stopped; setpoint value reached.
– EXT HYG ON – operation controlled by
external hygrostat.
– EXT HYG STOP – external hygrostat
stopped; setpoint value reached.
XX°C – current room temperature.
Actual RH% – current relative air humidity
(integrated hygrostat).
Press to change settings.
xxxxh – total operating hours of device.
The counter cannot be reset.
XX kWh – total energy consumption. The
counter cannot be reset.
