i. Press PROG continuously to enter into FAT mode. Please set your sex, age, height, and weight first. After that pleas
hold the handle pulse for more than 8 seconds. At last the result will be showed on the right column of BMI.
ii. The best body fat index is between 20 and 25. If the index less than 19 it means that you are a little thin; if the index
between 26 and 29 it means that you are a little weight. If more than 30 it means that you are too fat
(the following data is only for reference and cannot be used as medical purpose).
