• Thick pasta (linguini, lasagne sheets)
requires just about 6 – 8 minutes of
cooking.
• The shaping discs (9) are easiest to
clean when the dough has dried on a lit-
tle. This happens faster if they are briefl y
placed in the freezer compartment.

BASIC RECIPES

In general, the following applies: The
dough must not be too runny or too
sticky. A dry, crumbly dough is ideal.
Basic Recipe for Pasta Made From
Flour and Water
The following applies when using the
Quantity buttons (17):
1 CUP – ideal for 250 g of fl our and 60 ml
of water
2 CUPs – ideal for 500 g of fl our and 120
ml of water
3 CUPs – ideal for 750 g of fl our and 180
ml of water
If you adjust the quantity of fl our, the
quantity of water must be adjusted
accordingly, and the individually
settable programmes Knead (19) and
Dispense (16) should be used.
Basic Recipe for Durum Wheat Pasta
For 2 portions
220 g of durum wheat semolina
100 ml of water
Basic Recipe for Pasta Dough with Egg
For approx. 2 portions
200 g of durum wheat semolina
50 g of common wheat semolina
62 g of buckwheat fl our
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
10 ml of water

If egg is also added to the dough, it
needs to be thoroughly mixed with

the water and then added together
with the water to the fl our. Do not add
it to the fl our on its own.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

Please Note!
■
Do not use any corrosive or abrasive
cleaning agents to clean the device.
These may damage the surface.
1. Dismantle the device in the reverse
order (see "Setting Up").
2. Remove any food residues if
necessary using the long sides of the
scraper (8) from the mixing container
(2) and the dough hook (12).
Dough residues in the shaping discs
(9) can be removed with the little
spikes on the scraper.
3. Clean all used parts (apart from the
pasta machine (1)!) with warm water
and detergent.
4. Then dry all parts thoroughly.
5. Wipe down the pasta machine with a
damp cloth if necessary.
6. Store everything in a clean, dry place
that is not accessible to children and
animals.
7. The small accessories can be stored in
the accessory drawer (10).

DISPOSAL

Dispose of the packaging material
in an environmentally friendly man-
ner so that it can be recycled.
This device is governed by the
European Directive 2012/19/EU
on waste electrical and electronic
equipment (WEEE). Do not dispose
of this device as normal domestic
waste, but rather in an environmen-
tally friendly manner via an offi cially
approved waste disposal company.
