Preset Programmes
8. Press the appropriate Quantity button
depending on the quantity of fl our. The
control lamp for this button fl ashes.
9. Press the START / CANCEL button
again. The device will start the
kneading process. The remaining
time is shown on the display. Only
the control lamp in the appropriate
Quantity button lights up.
10. Use the measuring cup (4) to slowly
pour the appropriate quantity of water
into the recess in the lid (see the
"Basic Recipes" chapter).
11. When the kneading process has
fi nished, the pasta is automatically
dispensed through the shaping disc.
Once all the dough has been
dispensed, a beep is heard, the
display (14) shows OFF and the
device switches to standby mode.
 
The process can be interrupted
at any time by pressing the
START / CANCEL button.
Kneading
8. Press the Knead button (19). The
control lamp in the button fl ashes.
9. Set the time you want using
the buttons + (15) and – (20)
(1 – 30 minutes).
10. Press the START / CANCEL button (18).
The device will start the kneading
process. The remaining time is shown
on the display (14). Only the control
lamp in the Knead button lights up.
12. Once the kneading process has
fi nished, a beep is heard, the
display (14) shows OFF and the
device switches to standby mode.
Dispensing
13. Press the Dispense button (16). The
control lamp in the button fl ashes.
14. Set the time you want using
the buttons + (15) and – (20)
(1 – 30 minutes).

15. Press the START / CANCEL
button (18). The device starts
dispensing the pasta. The remaining
time is shown on the display (14).
Only the control lamp in the Dispense
button lights up.
16. Once the time has elapsed, a beep is
heard, the display (14) shows OFF and
the device switches to standby mode.
After the End of Preparation
 
If after the end of one of the
preset programmes there is still
dough in the mixing container (2),
press the Dispense button (16).
The device switches on again for
4 minutes and dispenses the rest
of the dough.
17. Switch off the device by pressing
the START / CANCEL button (18) for
approx. 3 seconds.
 
After a process, the device should
cool down for approx. 10 – 20
minutes before a new process is
started.
18. Pull the mains plug out of the plug
socket and thoroughly clean the
device and all accessories (see the
"Cleaning and Storage" chapter).

TIPS

• If you are making large quantities,
temporarily store the fresh pasta by
hanging it on a drying rack or similar
place so the pasta does not stick
together.
• Fresh pasta can also be stored in the
fridge for around 2 days before it is
cooked. It should be well dried for
this purpose.
• A little fl our on the pasta will prevent
it from sticking together.
• Thin pasta (angel hair, spaghetti)
only requires around 4 – 5 minutes of
cooking.
