Place the screw conveyor (3) with the

long, narrow end fi rst through the
screw housing into the dough hook.
Place on the shaping disc (9) which is

needed to create the pasta you want
(see the "Accessories" chapter). You
must feel it engage.
Place on the locking nut (6) and twist
6
it clockwise to secure it.
Slide the accessory drawer (10) into
7
the pasta machine.
Place the lid (13) on the mixing
8
container. When you do this, note
that the locking lugs on the lid
must fi rst be inserted into the
corresponding recesses on the pasta
machine.
Then the lid can be fl ipped down.
You must hear and feel it engage.
 
The device will not work if the lid
has not been inserted and closed
correctly!

USE

Please Note!
■
The device should only be used if
it has been completely assembled!
Make sure that all accessories are
inserted correctly.
■
Do not attempt to force dough
into the mixing container; this may
damage the device!
■
Clean the used accessories after each
use (see "Cleaning and Storage").
■
The device is equipped with overload
protection; the device switches off if
it is overloaded. In this case, pull the
mains plug out of the plug socket and
allow the device to cool down for 5 –
10 minutes. It is then ready to be used
again.

The device has three preset programmes
which can be set using the Quantity
buttons (17):
1 CUP – ideal for 250 g of fl our and 60 ml
of water
2 CUPs – ideal for 500 g of fl our and 120
ml of water
3 CUPs – ideal for 750 g of fl our and 180
ml of water
In addition, you can use the two
individually settable functions (Knead
button (19) and Dispense button (16))
to set the kneading and dispensing
time – this is ideal if you want to try out
your own recipes.
The various possibilities are explained
below:
Preparing the Device
1. Make sure that the device is fully
assembled (see the "Setting Up"
chapter).
2. Open the lid (13) by pushing up the
small tab.
3. Use the measuring cup (11) to pour
the quantity of fl our you want into the
mixing container (2) (see the "Basic
Recipes" chapter).
 
Pour no more than 750 grams of
fl our into the mixing container.
Too much content may damage
the device.
4. Place the lid back on (see the "Setting
Up" chapter).
5. Fully unwind the connecting cable
and connect the device plug to the
connecting socket on the pasta
machine (1) and connect the mains
plug to a plug socket.
All control lamps and the display (14)
light up briefl y once. A beep is heard.
6. Place a plate or bowl on which the
pasta can be collected in front of the
device.
7. Press the START / CANCEL button (18).
ON appears on the display.
