BEFORE INITIAL USE
There may still be some production
residues on the device. To avoid
harmful effects to your health, clean all
accessories thoroughly before you fi rst
use them (see "Cleaning and Storage").
ACCESSORIES
Flour Measuring Cup
The fl our measuring cup (11) holds 250 g
of fl our when it is completely fi lled and has
been smoothed off with the scraper (8).
One fl our measuring cup produces
around 1 – 2 portions of pasta.
The mixing container (2) will hold no
more than 3 full cups (max. 750 g of fl our)
Water Measuring Cup
The water measuring cup (4) holds 200
ml, up to the mark.
The quantity of water required for the
pasta dough is calculated according to
the quantity of fl our or dough that is used.
It is essential to follow the instructions in
the "Basic Recipes" chapter.
Shaping Discs
The items supplied include seven
different shaping discs (9). They can be
used to produce the most common types
of pasta. Picture D shows which shaping
disc produces which type of pasta.

The shaping disc for lasagne
consists of two parts! When you
insert them, make sure that they
are both fi tted together correctly.
Scraper
The scraper (8) allows both the shaping
discs (9) and the dough hook (12) and
the mixing container (2) to be cleaned
quickly and easily (see the "Cleaning and
Storage" chapter).

SETTING UP

Pull the mains plug from the plug
socket before swapping accessories
to prevent the device from being
switched on accidentally!
Place the pasta machine (1) on a kitchen
unit or another dry, fl at and stable
surface.

Insert the dough hook (12) into the

mixing container (2). When you do
this, make sure that the motor shaft
is placed through the small hole in
the mixing container.
Insert the mixing container into the
2
pasta machine. The motor shaft of
the dough hook must be placed into
the mount in the pasta machine;
twist it a little if necessary.
Place the screw housing (5) into the
3
mixing container. When you do this,
make sure that the locking lug points
upwards and is plugged into the
corresponding recess in the mixing
container.
