Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das
ISOMETER®
IR155-xx03/xx04,
ISOMETER® genannt, ist für den Einbau in entsprechend
gekennzeichneten HV-Komponenten von Hybrid-
fahrzeugen oder vollelektrischen Fahrzeugen geeignet.
Das Gerät überwacht den Isolationswiderstand zwi-
schen den isolierten, aktiven HV-Leitern eines elektri-
schen Antriebsystems und der Messerde. Eine andere
oder darüber hinausgehende Benutzung gilt als nicht
bestimmungsgemäß.

Montage
Die Befestigung erfolgt durch M4 Metallschrauben mit
Unterlegscheiben zwischen dem Schraubenkopf und
der Leiterplatte. Dabei ist auf eine ausreichende
Isolierung zwischen dem Gerät und dem Fahrzeug bzw.
den Befestigungspunkten (mind. 11,4 mm zu anderen
Teilen) zu achten.
Wenn das Gerät auf einer Metalloberfläche oder auf
leitendem Untergrund befestigt wird, muss dieser an
Erdpotenzial liegen (Klemme 31; Fahrzeugmasse). Der
maximale Durchmesser der Befestigungspunkte be-
trägt 10 mm.

Intended use
The ISOMETER® IR155-xx03/xx04, hereinafter referred to
as ISOMETER®, is for installation in appropriately marked
HV components of hybrid or all-electric vehicles.
The device monitors the insulation resistance between
the insulated, active HV conductors of an electric drive
system and the blade ground. Any other use or use be-
yond this is considered improper.

Mounting
The mounting is done by M4 metal screws with was-
hers between the screw head and the PCB. Ensure that
there is sufficient insulation between the device and
the vehicle or the fixing points (min. 11.4 mm to other
parts).
If the device is mounted on a metal surface or on con-
ductive subsurface, this subsurface has to be at earth
potential (Kl.31; vehicle mass).

Torx, T20 with a maximum tightening torque of 4
Nm for the screws. Furthermore, a maximum of 10
Nm tightening torque to the PCB at the mounting
points.
