9.5 Insert the measuring device to the calculated insertion depth
and align it

calculated insertion depth.

aligned at a 90° angle to the
direction of flow.

The arrow engraved on the
sensor shaft must match the flow
direction.

Align the scale to the pipe axis.

Tighten the coupling nut by hand.

Mounting for the first time:
Tighten coupling nut with 1 ¼
turns.

Repeat mounting: Tighten
coupling nut with 1 turn.

NOTE!  If strong vibrations can
be expected, tighten the coupling
nut with 1½ turns when
mounting for the first time.
