P rotective M easures and Rules of Conduct
Before starting work:
Only use the device in well-ventilated rooms.

Before each start-up or before refilling the device, check that the device and all service
hoses are undamaged and that all valves are closed.
Lay the service hoses in such a way that they do not pose a tripping hazard for other

people.
Secure the A / C service unit against rolling away by pressing the brake lever on the front

wheels.
During operation:
•
Wear personal protective equipment (protective goggles and protective gloves) and avoid
body contact with the refrigerantl.
Make sure that no refrigerant can escape and get into the environment.

The handling rules and safety instructions that can be found in the safety sheets of the
refrigerant manufacturer must be observed.
R esponse to faults and hazards
Stop operating the A / C service unit immediately in the event of a fault

Secure against further use and close the refrigerant bottle
•
Report defects to the installer or manufacturer

Make an entry in the first-aid book
