Commissioning

3.3.1 Attaching the hoses

Fasten the enclosed hoses hand-tight to the
connections on the machine.
!!! ATTENTION: Do not use any tools (e.g. pipe
wrenches) to tighten, this can damage the internal
seals.
Now attach the quick-release couplings to the open
areas of the hoses and tighten with a suitable
wrench.

3.3.2 Refilling of refrigerant, PAG oil and UV agent

The device is delivered empty, fill the device with refrigerant, PAG oil and the UV agent
1. Put on safety equipment such as safety
glasses and gloves.
Refrigerant is highly aggressive on the skin
and can damage eyes.
2. Attach the appropriate bottle adapter to
the external (full) refrigerant bottle.
3. Connect the external refrigerant bottle to
the A / C device as shown (note the
information provided by the refrigerant
manufacturer)
4. Open the valve on the external refrigerant
bottle
