Introduction

Warranty

Every I/O TERMINAL was subjected to functional tests and is delivered in perfect condition!
Conrad Electronic gives a 12-months warranty for the I/O TERMINAL. Within the warranty period
Conrad Electronic will accept responsibility for possible damage in transit, production deficiencies or
equipment failures.
In case the terminal does not live up to your individual requirements, please do not hesitate to make
use of our 14-days payback warranty. Send back the unused appliance in the original packing wit-
hin this period of time for reimbursement of costs or for offsetting.
All warranty periods become effective from date of invoice or date of cash voucher.
The module housing does not contain parts that require servicing by the user. The module housing
must not be opened! The guarantees become invalid in case the housing is damaged! Conrad
Electronic does not accept responsibility for property damage or personal injuries caused by the
application of the I/O TERMINAL!

Service

A competent service team will give you technical advice whenever you need it. All inquiries will be
answered as quickly as possible. Special topics will be forwarded to our CTC development
engineers.
However, before inquiring and in order to avoid unnecessary delays, we would like to ask you to
study the operating manual, the help screens of the programming software, the text and sample files
and our Website once again. In most cases the solution to your problem can be found this way!
