How to Program the User Program

Before writing your user program, please make sure that the I/O TERMINAL is working properly by
loading the available sample programs to your personal development level. Acquaint yourself with
the programming procedures for IOT specific program sections. As soon as all sample programs are
running properly, you can start programming your user program.

How to Execute the User Program

As soon as all sample programs are running properly, you can start programming your user program.
• Turn on the power switch.
• Press the START key.
The C-Control STATION will continue running according to the program until the operating voltage
drops or the Reset key is activated. Restart is triggered by pressing the Start key again. The IOT does
not require manual reset.
Warning:
Please bear in mind that all outputs of the IO extension unit (also LEDs) are in an undefined
state directly after switching them online. The first program lines of your user program should
therefore initialize the LCD and the IO extension unit.
