ADVANTAGES AND EQUIPMENT
Safety gas pressure regulation device
Caramatic DriveTwo for the operation of LPG-
operated gas equipment in caravans and motor
caravans while driving, consisting of: automatic
changeover valve, integrated low pressure
regulator with pressure relief valve PRV,
mechanical crash sensor with control knob,
operating and reserve display, sealing nut, non-
return gas valve, test device, screw aid and wall
bracket.
• By default, the version with outlet connector RVS 10 is fitted with an adapter to connect
8 mm piping.
• Test device for the leak testing of LPG systems without removing the product.
Installing a gas filter
We recommend installing two gas filters onto both safety gas pressure
regulation device inlet connectors. (2x Caramatic ConnectClean order no. 71 781 01). LPG
may contain foreign matter, such as dirt particles. From a certain size, these particles are
trapped in the filter. If no gas filter is installed, wear and tear of sensitive components is
increased and the complete LPG system may break down.
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
Crash sensor function
Activated crash sensors
Flow rate free
Operation while driving using the integrated mechanical crash sensor which blocks
the gas flow in case of an accident with deceleration of 3.5g ± 0.5g, directly
affecting the trigger element; with an average vehicle weight this corresponds to
crashing into a solid obstacle at about 15 to 20km/h.
