GUARANTEE

Procopi offers a 5 year guarantee on BWT heat pumps, parts and labour, beginning on the date of invoice and
excluding all transport costs, call out fees and other damages.
The titanium heat exchanger and the compressor are covered by a 3 year guarantee.
Failure to respect the installation, maintenance and operation instructions provided in this document
shall incur cancellation of any guarantee.
PROCOPI declines responsibility for transport hazards:
Inspect equipment upon reception: in the event off damage sustained during transport, the addressee must
describe the damage note precisely on the transporter's delivery slip and send a letter of complaint by registered
mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the transporter within 3 working days. Copies of the
aforementioned documents must be sent to Procopi as soon as possible.
As BWT heat pumps are designed for outdoor installation, the white casing and white plastic parts may
become discoloured over time: this phenomenon is considered to be normal.
