STARTING THE ENGINE
CAUTION:
Do not start the engine with the blade clutch lever or the drive clutch lever engaged.
•
1. Place the throttle control lever [1] in "CHOKE" position [4].
NOTE: Place the throttle control lever in "FAST" position [5] when the engine is hot or the
ambient temperature is high.
CHOKE: For starting a cold engine.

FAST: For restarting a hot engine and for mowing.
[5]
SLOW: Selects engine idling speed.
[6]
STOP: Stops engine.
[7]
START: Starting the engine.
[8]
ON: Engine run.
[9]
STOP: Engine off.
[10]
2. Turn the fuel shut-off valve [2].
3. Turn the switch key [3] to the "ON" position [9].

MISE EN MARCHE DU MOTEUR
PRÉCAUTION :
Ne pas démarrer le moteur les leviers d'embrayage de lame ou d'avancement engagés.
•
1. Mettre le levier de commande des gaz [1] sur la position "STARTER" [4].
NOTE : Lorsque le moteur est chaud ou que la température ambiante est élevée, mettre le levier
de commande des gaz sur la position "RAPIDE" [5].
STARTER : Démarrage à froid.

RAPIDE : Redémarrage d'un moteur chaud et tonte.

LENT : Mise au ralenti du moteur.
[6]
ARRÊT : Arrêt du moteur.
[7]
DEMARRAGE : Mise en marche du moteur.
[8]
MARCHE : Marche du moteur.
[9]
ARRÊT : Arrêt du moteur.
[10]
2. Ouvrir le robinet d'essence [2].
3. Tourner la clé de contact [3] sur la position "MARCHE" [9].
