Symptom
No triggering is possible.
Triggering without
a nail being driven in.
Possible cause
Operating pressure
is too low.
The movable parts
are stuck together
by lubricant after
extended storage.
The magazine is dirty.
Wrong nails are
loaded in the magazine
The fastener driving
tool is not sufficiently
lubricated.
Operating pressure
is too low.
The piston together
with the driver does not
move back to its original
position after the driving
in process.
The driving in process
is not performed
completely.
The driver is bent.
Malfunctions
Remedy
Increase the operating

pressure of the compressed
air system to the maximum
permitted operating
pressure (see pages 16
and 30).
Then trigger multiple times.

Clean and re-oil the fastener

driving tool.
Set the maximum operating

pressure.
Then trigger multiple times.

Once the tool is triggering,

adjust the desired operating
pressure.
Otherwise contact Customer

Service (see page 48).
Clean magazine.

Empty magazine.

Fill the magazine

with PREBENA nails
(see page 40).
Add PREBENA special

nailer oil in the compressed
air connection you are
using.
Trigger multiple times.

Increase operating

pressure.
