Safety
Make note of and follow all warnings and notes in this instruction manual
and on the fastener driving tool while working with the fastener driving tool.

Proper use

Fastener driving tools 3X-CNW50, 5F-CNW65, 7F-CNW90, 8XR-CNW90
and 9F-CNW100EPAL are used for driving coil nails into wood. Fastener
driving tool 4X-CNZ45 is used for driving coil nails into tar paper, bitumen
shingles, insulating material and packaging. Use of the fastener driving tool
on other materials is only permitted after consultation with the manufacturer.
Proper use also includes complying with accident prevention regulations
and the requirements and standards in force at the operation site. Any other
use is considered improper use and may result in material damage or even
personal injury.

Improper use

Improper use includes in particular

operation by persons who do not know how to use fastener driving tools
and the materials used with them,

operation with the safety device bypassed,

operation if the fastener driving tool has been altered by the user,

operation if any fastening elements other than PREBENA original
are used, see page 40,

operation when triggering is set to "repeated triggering"
-
tasks that require movements over scaffolding, stairs, ladders
or structures similar to ladders,
-
closing boxes or crates or mounting transport safety devices.
