Oiling the fastener driving tool

PLEASE NOTE
Insufficient lubrication or using the wrong lubricants can result
in damage to the fastener driving tool.

Use only PREBENA special nailer oil.

If no oiler is mounted and the length of the air line to the fastener
driving tool is longer than 10 m, sufficient lubrication is not ensured.

In this case add two to five drops of PREBENA special nailer oil
directly into the connection for the pressure source every day
before starting operation.

Malfunctions

PLEASE NOTE
The fastener driving tool can be damaged if repairs are made
by unauthorized persons.

Make certain repairs to the fastener driving tool are made
by the manufacturer only.

Malfunctions when nails are moved to the shot channel

If there is a malfunction moving nails from the magazine to the shot
channel, follow these steps:

Disconnect the fastener driving tool from the compressed air supply.

Empty the magazine.

Clean the feed system with PREBENA pneumatic oil.

Make certain the feed runs smoothly.
If this measure does not eliminate the malfunction, contact PREBENA
Service.
WARNING
Severe or fatal injuries are possible when operating
a damaged or malfunctioning fastener driving tool.

Disconnect the fastener driving tool from
the compressed air immediately in case of
malfunction.

Empty the magazine.

Do not use the fastener driving tool again
until the malfunction has been eliminated.
