Other malfunctions

If malfunctions have occurred on the fastener driving tool that you
cannot remedy by oiling and cleaning, contact PREBENA Service.

Do not perform any repair work on the fastener driving tool.

Make certain all the malfunctions in the faults have been corrected
by PREBENA Service.

Overview of malfunctions

The overview below shows possible malfunctions and the actions
which must be taken.
Symptom
Fastener driving tool
is losing air.
Operating pressure
too high.
Nails are not being
driven in completely.

The fastening screws
have come loose.
A seal is faulty.
Valve faulty.
Operating pressure
is set too high or fastener
driving tool is damaged.
Operating pressure
is too low.
The driver tip on the
fastener driving tool
is worn out.
Remedy

Disconnect the fastener

driving tool from the
compressed air supply
immediately.

Reduce operating pressure.
