Error
After plugging in and
pressing the on button,
the unit does not start.
During normal
operation, heating is
interrupted and a beep
sounds.
Nothing happens,
although the device is

Possible cause
The current fluctuates.
The fuse is blown.
The plug is not inserted correctly.
Incompatible cookware or no
cookware on the hotplate.
Cookware was not placed in center of
hob.
Cookware is hot but has been removed
from the stove several times.
The cookware is empty or the
temperature is too high.
The air inlet/outlet valve is clogged.
The unit has been running for 2 hours,
but no input has been made.
Internal problem with the circuit
Incompatible cookware or no
cookware on the hotplate.
The unit is overheated
Power voltage is too high.
Power voltage is too low.

The board is overheated.
Solution
Make sure that the correct voltage is
applied.
If the problem cannot be solved,
contact customer service.
Only use cookware that is suitable for
induction stoves.
Place the cookware in the center of
the hob.
