6. LOGIC OF WORKING OF WIND SENSOR
If the intensity of the wind is more high than the programmed threshold for almost
3 seconds, is executed an upward monouvre to protect the awning (wind alarm).
During this phase all the manual orders are inhibits. The central unit exits from the
"wind alarm" situation if at least 8 minutes the intensity of the wind is under the
programmed threshold. The wind threshold is variable at 10 and at 35 Km/h. The
factory programs the wind threshold at 15 Km/h (threshold 2). The wind threshold
can be change using any portable transmitter memorize in the central unit, as
describe at point 8.3.
6.4 Visuals Signalations regarding the wind sensor
The red led provides some signalationes regarding the wind sensor:
- Red led fixed swich on: the speed of wind is more high than the wind threshold
programmed; if this condition remains at least 3 sec the central unit will exit from
the condition of "wind alarm".
- Red Led is flashing speedly: the central unit is in wind alarm, every orders are
inhibited.
- Red Led swich off: the speed of the wind is under the threshold programmed.
6.5 Forced exit by wind alarm
During central unit installation is possible go out from the wind alarm without
expecting 8 minutes provided, keep press the button "2" on the body of the
anemometer for about 5 sec, since red led swich off.
6.6 Function " anemometer test "
If active, the central unit efects a test about the wind sensor working. If for about
24 hours the wind sensor doesn't produce any valid impulse, the central unit
forces jerkily an upward of awning, suspend every other activity and signal the
anomaly swiching on the two leds. The device will exit from this state brining back
the usual activity only when will reach the valid impulse from the anemometer. Is
possible active/desactive the function "anemometer test " using a portable trans-
mitter memorized in the central unit. The procedure of activation/desactivation of
" anemometer test " is describe in the instructions of the transmitter at the point
"function anemometer test ".
7. LOGIC OF WORKING OF SUN SENSOR
If the intensity of the sun is more high than the threshold programmed at least 2.5
minutes, is executed an automatic downward manouvre, if the intensity of the sun
is under the threshold programmed at least 18 minutes, is executed an automatic
upward manouvre. Once execute an automatic manouvre of downward for pres-
ence of sun, the next automatic manouvre execute by the central will be the
upward manouvre for absence of sun and so on. In every case the user can start-
ing up the awning, without manual command weight upon sun sensor logic of
working. Sun threshold is variable at 1 and at 45 Klux. The factory programs the
sun threshold at 15 Klux (threshold 3). Sun threshold can be change using any
portable transmitters memorized in the central unit, as describe at point 8.4.
