Integrity Test

Each cassette is fully tested at Sartorius. It is therefore recommended that
no other integrity test be carried out on-site.

Information about Complaints

If you would like to send cassettes to Sartorius Stedim Biotech for review,
please ensure the following:
− that the customer service is contacted, who will provide you with a return
authorization form.
− that the cassettes have been completely cleaned;
− that the cassettes have been disinfected;
− that the cassettes are provided with the following information:
− the medium that was filtered using the cassettes;
− any errors that were observed;
− the operating parameters in use at the time of filtration (pressure
settings, operating time, process cycles, cleaning conditions,
operating temperature);
− cleaning method used;
− disinfecting agent used.
