1. Turn the adjusting screw to "0" position (pic. 1).

2. Remove the knife protector

Step 1: Hold the protector, pull it out like arrow A direction, and then move it like arrow B direction. (pic.2)
Step 2: Take out of protector from the machine.
3. Remove the knife

Step 1: Insert a pin stick into hole of knife and gear box, so the knife can be fixed. And then use a screwdriver to
unscrew the fastening screw in the centre of the knife. (pic.3)
Step 2: Remove the fastening screw.
CAREFUL
Malfunction!
Do not hold the knife with your naked hand, danger of incisions!
Always install the knife with the sharpened side toward the motor.
