Settings and adjustments
Ride characteristics
The ride characteristics of the Roxx are
adjustable.
1. Remove the wheel.
2. Unscrew the nut (A) on the inside.
3. Move the axle bearing in the wheel plate
forward or backward (the last axle hole
provides more stability, the front axle
hole provides more comfort).
4. Retighten the nut (A).
5. Then move the other axle bearing.
6. Readjust the brakes.
If the axle bearing has already been mounted
in the front position and the user wants an
even more active adjustment, then it is
possible to exchange the left and right axle
plate.
Note: If this is done, then the foldable
frame can no longer be fully folded.
Brakes
When changing the seat height, the seat
angle and the ride characteristics, it is
necessary to readjust the brakes.
1. Unscrew the socket screw (B) at the
bottom of the brake clamp.
2. Slide the brake to the desired position.
3. Retighten the socket screw (B) at the
bottom of the brake clamp.

Backrest angle (once-only adjustable)
1. Unscrew the socket screws (A) in the
backrest pivot points a number of turns.
2. Set the backrest to the required angle.
3. Then retighten the socket screws.
Note: Ensure that the left and the right
push-bars are at the same angle using the
graduation marks.
Backrest height
The backrest can be set to different heights.
1. Remove the backrest.
2. Unscrew the socket screws (or wing nuts)
(B).

3. Remove the backrest tubes.
4. Unscrew the socket screws (C ) with the
nut.
C 5. Select the desired backrest height.
6. Retighten the socket screws and nut.
7. Refit the backrest tubes on to the seat
frame.
8. Retighten the socket screws (or wing
nuts) (B).
Note: Ensure that the left and right
backrest tube are at the same height.
Note: Check whether the backrest
is securely fitted before sitting in the
wheelchair.
Adjusting the push-handle
1. Unscrew the wing nuts (A) one turn.

2. Position the push-handle at the desired
height, the heights are indicated by

depressions.
3. Retighten the wing nuts.
