Malfunction indicator
RPMe, VPMe, KPMe
problem/mailfunction
not regulating position correctly
Motor does not rotate
RPM, VPM, KPM
not regulating position correctly
Fan speed does not correspond with the
switch setting
Motor does not rotate
Check/action
Check dipswitch setting
Check current:
Low: 230V for L3
Medium: 230V for L3 and L2
High: 230V for L3 (+L2) and L1
Check dipswitch setting
Check current low/medium and high
Check on the PCB the power supply to the motor, 230V for L
and N.
No voltage means the PCB is defective
Check on the PCB the control voltage for the motor. Test
voltage between GND and 0-10V (0V is off and 10V is 100%)
Replace the PCB if no voltage is detected
Check current:
Low: 230V for L3
Medium: 230V for L3 and L2
High: 230V for L3 (+L2) and L1
Check current low/medium and high. If this is correct, replace
the condenser module.
Check current low/medium and high
If the fan hums and does not reach operating speed, then the
motor condenser may be defective; replace the condenser
module if necessary
apply 230V directly to L3 and U1 if the fan rotates, replace the
condenser module. If the fan does not rotate, replace the motor
